Today, he continues to guide the brand with his insight and values. A passionate sportsman, his love for badminton and martial arts reflects the same discipline and dedication that shaped his journey.

The creative force behind AMAYRA by Bagrecha Gems.
Having lived in London and worked with legendary auction houses like Sotheby's and Christie's, Mr. Sanjay Bagrecha brought an international eye to Indian jewellery. His passion for design led him to shift from gem trading to jewellery creation.
AMAYRA by Bagrecha Gems was born of his vision—to create pieces that are both timeless and relevant. Mr. Sanjay Bagrecha is also a yoga enthusiast and global traveller, always drawing inspiration from cultures and craftsmanship across the world.

Mr. Rahul Bagrecha joined the family business in 2011 and has since taken charge of operations with remarkable diligence. With an MBA from IIPM, his role spans procurement, vendor management, and quality control.
An avid cyclist and Formula 1 fan, Mr. Rahul Bagrecha believes in speed, accuracy, and focus—traits he brings into every aspect of the business.
Ms. Pooja Bagrecha
The strategist behind the brand.
With a sharp business acumen and a creative spirit, Ms. Pooja Bagrecha joined AMAYRA in 2015 to bring structure and soul to the brand. She now leads brand communications and strategy, shaping its unique voice while staying deeply hands-on. A devoted mother and curious home chef, her love for people, design, and detail continues to inspire AMAYRA's evolving journey.
